We are having such fun playing show and tell with the Sew Fab pattern bundle this week. I’m sure you have probably seen it all over blog land and all over Facebook, but there can never be enough sewing inspiration, so I’m more than happy to continue to add to the list.
The Candy Carousel dress, my most recent design from Molly Blossom, is included in this bundle. I took one of the original ones I made and winterized it with a little Old Navy cardi and some Farbenmix Queenie pants (seen in a the Nitunia coat post as well, but they were actually made to match this dress).
Look at the kinds of smiles you will get if you make this dress for your daughter!!
Ok, ok, I do have to work for those smiles. There might have even been an incident where I almost fell backward down those brick stairs trying to get those smiles…
Then she wanted to show ME a trick. I made her hold the rail.
Alright, ready for more shameless self-promotion as I also continue to inspire you with pieces from the Sew Fab bundle?
(which you can buy HERE…)
Here are the Molly Blossom Buttercup Tunic (found here) and the Titchy Threads Fancy Pants Leggings (part of the Sew Fab bundle) together in another cute fall ensemble.
I made my Fancy Pants leggings in a jegging knit material. These have a panel in the rear to accommodate diapers or, in our case, room to try “tricks” without worrying about splitting seams. 😀
I love the knit waistband option and this little one loves it too. She is calling these her “comfy pants.”
and with a little hip action…
Props to Jenny Yarborough, who organized every part of the Sew Fab bundle, giveaways and patterns. She has done an excellent job giving you a selection of really useful patterns that are great staples as well as some fun ones that can be gussied up to be real wardrobe stand-outs.
